The Shure Beta 98H/C clamps onto the bell of a wind instrument or onto the rim of a precussion instrument. The Beta 98H/C is a cardiod condenser microphone, providing preciscion sound and off axis rejection of unwanted signal or crosstalk. The built in shock mount provided with the Beta 98H/C helps to eliminate unwanted vibration noise.

 

• The Beta 98 H/C and WB98 H/C feature transformerless preamplifier circuitry which improves linearity across the full frequency range.
  
• The pickup pattern provides high gain-before-feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted noise.
